Work continues at Maynard Crossing, a mixed-use development in the former Digital Equipment Corp. facility at 129 Parker St. in Maynard.
The 58-acre property, owned by Capital Group Properties, a Southborough-based real estate development firm, will be anchored by a nearly 70,000-square-foot Market Basket, which is expected to open this fall.
According to Capital Group’s website, Maynard Crossing will feature an additional 240,000 square feet of retail, entertainment and medical space. There will also be a 180-unit multi-family apartment complex and a senior independent living community with 143 units.
Other tenants, according to the website, will include Dunkin’ Donuts, SuperCuts, Planet Fitness, Maynard Wine & Spirits, 110 Grill, Condesa Mexican Restaurant, Evviva Trattoria, Dental Oasis, The Paper Store, Hair In Harmony, Ivory-Rose Day Spa and Lux Nails.
