Lt. Gov. Karyn Polito presented the town of Maynard with a $3.2 million grant from the 2017 MassWorks Infrastructure Program at an awards ceremony on Nov. 3. The money will be used to make sewer upgrades to Parker Street to service Maynard Crossing, a mixed-use development at the former Digital Complex at 129 Parker St. The 58-acre property is being developed by William Depietri, president of Southborough-based Capital Group Properties.
